The Microgarden™ is a multi method Hydrogarden - perfect for propagating plants or nourishing and watering seedlings - holds a 1020 seeding tray containing 72 - 1.5'' starter plugs or 200 - 3/4'' plugs.

The Microgarden™ is available in four different feed methods - ebb and flow, top feed drip, aeroponics, aeroponics clone - choose your preferred hydrogardening method.

The Microgarden™ 10 gallon nutrient reservoir contains a mineral rich nutrient solution. Periodically, the nutrient solution is pumped up to the top grow tray that waters and nourishes the plants. The grow media and roots are adequately hydrated and the timer will shut off the pump. The solution drains back to the reservoir, and the process starts all over again in a few minutes or a few hours later.

To maintain the hydrogarden simply top off water, add nutrients at half strength, adjust pH to 6.0 and change reservoir every few weeks. Choose your preferred hydrogardening method, select your grow media, choose your pot size and style, and Grow large!

Ebb and Flow – flood and drain, deep flow

Flood and drain is the easiest and most popular method to feed your plants. Plants are grown in 5 inch white square pots. The top tray is periodically flooded with a nutrient solution until the timer automatically turns the pump off and the solution drains back to the reservoir. An optional tray lid is available to utilize the round net pots for a continuous feed deep flow method.

Top Feed – drip

The drip method is for more precise waterings and a more consistent level of oxygen to the root zone. This is great for gardens growing with Ready Gro Soilless Organic Media or
Rockwool.

Aeroponics – internal microjet spray

For advanced growers, research, and education. A true tool to teach and learn the science of hydrogardening. Internal microjets spray the roots with a high pressure mist allowing for aggressive growth rates due to the high levels of oxygen to the root zone. Roots grow out of the net pots and are suspended in air allowing gardeners to inspect the overall health of the entire plant.

Aeroponics Cloner – aeroponics plant propagator

This method utilizes microjets that internally spray net baskets containing cuttings supported by the net basket lids. The cuttings are sprayed with an oxygen rich rooting hormone solution for 5–15 days or until rooted. Rooting plants aeroponically is the fastest way to propagate most plants.
