Emerald uses multiple
fulfillment centers
The fulfillment center is indicated by
the letter at the end of each item name. Each product listing specifies
that fulfillment center's shipping policies - and whether or not they
ship internationally.
There is a separate shipping charge for each
fulfillment center. Ship charges are displayed on the last page of checkout, before you enter your card numbers.
Email Shipment Confirmation
You will receive an email from us when
your order ships (usually within 1-3 days of ordering). This email
will specify the shipping center, and will include the tracking number,
and a link to the website you can use to track that part of your order.
It often takes 24 hours after shipment for the tracking number to
appear in the tracking system.
Express Delivery
This option will appear on checkout, for
those fulfillment centers that offer it. Please allow one day in-house
for order processing, and 2 days for delivery, rather than the normal
4-7 days. The additional Express charge varies with the package weight.
Oversize
Packages
Product weights are used to figure
shipping costs and are not necessarily the product's actual weight.
All shippers charge oversized packages as if they were heavier.

Any shipping error will be replaced free of charge.
Any item that is not special order can be returned within 30 days of order date.
Orders over 30 days old are not returnable.
Returns must have our return authorization number, and must be shipped to the correct warehouse, not to our office.
Please email us at
orders@emeraldelectronic.com
for a return authorization number, and the correct warehouse return address. Please
write the return authorization number on the outside of the box, and include our order number inside.
All returns must be in saleable condition. Shipping is not refundable. There is a 20% restock charge.
Your card will be
credited on receipt of the return, and you will be notified via email.
Special Order items are not returnable.
